About 20 years ago, I came accross the largest, most striking flower I had ever seen; it belonged to an Epiphyllum, or Orchid Cactus.

I became intrigued with the variety of breathtaking, vivid colors and wonderful fragrance. One thing led to another and I began to discover the unusual colors and shapes of other cacti and succulents. My collection grew as I began receiving cacti and succulents from all over the world from friends and family.

Growing cacti and succulents from seeds and cuttings became a passion. In addition to this, I sought to keep the soil mixture as organic and beneficial to the plants as possible. I used pesticide free methods of gardening.

The concept of the on-line store developed after friends and numerous other cactus enthusiasts urged me to make some of these stunning cacti and succulents available to the public. In this manner I hope to share the love and enthusiasm for these marvellous, sturdy plants and to keep them from becoming endangered for years to come.
