Notocactus leninghausii is native to Brazil and Paraguay. It can grow to 2' in height, forming clusters of semi-columnar stems covered with dense, soft golden spines. It has gorgeous, large lemon yellow flowers in summer. Requires porous cactus soil with adequate drainage. Bright light to full sun. Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch.
