Mammillaria Hahiana, native to Mexico (Guanajuato), is a mostly solitary or clumping, spherical, green cactus with stems up to 3 inches in diameter (8 cm). It has rings of purplish red flowers in winter and early spring. It is covered with white spines and dense white hair. The rinds of flowers create a dramatic and vibrant contrast with the white hairs and spines!
This is a great starter for a budding cactus collection!
Requires excellent drainage provided by porous cactus soil. Prefers bright light and ample airflow. Water when soil is dry to the touch. Allow soil to drain thoroughly before watering again. Do not water much in the winter.Protect from frost. All plants are shipped well packaged, healthy, free of pests & diseases.This plant is grown with organic, pesticide-free methods.
